Sanita Outlet Product Info

Factory seconds are shoes with minor cosmetic imperfections. They are crafted to the same exacting standards as all of our Sanita footwear, but due to blemishes, stains or minor visual flaws we are offering them at a deep discount.

Production samples are prototypes created for new or current designs. While they are manufactured to the same standards as regular Sanitas, there may be slight variations in color or design from the final model.

Ordering From The Sanita Outlet

Sanita will ship orders to the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia via UPS Ground. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii and internationally. Please note, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Sanitadeals.com accepts all major credit cards as methods of payment.

Sanitadeals.com adds an $8 shipping charge for a single pair order or a $12 shipping charge for orders of 2 or more pairs within the continental United States.

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for processing after you place your order on our website. You will receive a UPS tracking number via email once your order ships. Please check your spam folder! If you have any questions about the status of your order, please contact us at inquiry@sanitadeals.com 

We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, so you may not be able to cancel or change your order once it is submitted because we have already begun shipping your order. If you need to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible and we will make our best effort to accommodate your requests.

Returns are quick and easy! We provide a prepaid UPS return label with every order for hassle-free shipping back to us.  We charge an $8 restocking fee per order for returns. If you keep at least 1 pair from a multi-pair order, we will waive the restocking fee. 

We do not offer exchanges.

For returns, items must be unworn, in new condition and in their original packaging and returned within 30 days of your order date. We just ask that you provide us with a few details on the back of the card included in your shipment to help us process your return as quickly and accurately as possible.

Please allow 5 to 7 business days from the shipping date of your return to the final receipt and processing of the return at our distribution center.

We will notify you once we have processed your return.

Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used at time of purchase. Please allow 5 to 10 business days after return receipt/processing at our distribution center for the credit to be issued to your card.

For privacy and billing reasons, we must be contacted by the original purchaser of merchandise on sanitadeals.com regarding a return and can only refund to the original card used on the order.
