We hope you love your purchase from Sanita Outlet, but we realize that sometimes they might not be the perfect fit for your foot or simply don't suit you.
Returns are quick and easy!
- We provide a prepaid UPS return label with every order for hassle-free shipping back to us.
- We deduct an $8 restocking fee for each returned order. If you keep at least 1 pair from a multi-pair order, we will waive the restocking fee.
For returns, items must be unworn, in new condition, and in their original packaging and returned within 30 days of your order date. For orders placed 11/25/20 through 12/25/20, we can accept returns through 1/31/21.
- Please allow 3 to 5 business days from the receipt of your shipment in our warehouse for processing of your return.
- Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5 to 10 business days after return receipt/processing at our distribution center for the credit to be issued to your card.
We will notify you once we have processed your return.
We do not offer exchanges.
For privacy and billing reasons, we must be contacted by the original purchaser of merchandise on www.sanitadeals.com regarding any returns, and can only refund to the original card used on the order.
We do not accept returns of worn shoes or pairs not purchased through sanitadeals.com and these will be refused and/or donated.
