✔️ We gladly accept unworn footwear in its original packaging within 60 days of purchase for refund only. We do not accept items for exchange on the Sanita Outlet, due to very limited quantities and select styles/sizes.
1️⃣ Visit Our Self-Service Portal – Click Here to begin your return or exchange.
2️⃣ Enter Your Order Details – You’ll need your 2 letter, 5 digit order number beginning with SO(found in your email receipt, example of how it should be input: SO12345) and the email, phone number, or ZIP code associated with your order.
3️⃣ Follow the Step-by-Step Instructions – You’ll receive a prepaid return label and easy-to-follow steps.
4️⃣ Include the Packing Slip – Print and include the return packing slip generated by the portal.
5️⃣ Ship It Back – Use the prepaid label to send your item(s) back to us.
We do not charge fees on returns in which at least one item from your order is kept.Orders that are returned in their entirety (nothing kept) are subject to an $8 restocking fee.
✅ Shoes must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
✅ Try on your shoes indoors on a clean surface before deciding to keep them.

We do not accept returns of worn shoes. Items that show signs of wear or damage will be refused, donated, and will not be eligible for refunds.
Received a damaged item? Contact us within 7 days of delivery at inquiry@sanitadeals.com for assistance. Please keep in mind that factory seconds sold on Sanita Outlet have minor cosmetic imperfections and are not considered damage. If you aren't sure, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
